Also general Link (Japan) pre-cerebrated my return to Japan later this year.

Not planned what to do in Japan at all yet, but I am so excited to go back there soon.

I am lucky enough to have one remembering and waiting me in Japan.

Because I am specialising in printed textiles, which is the farthest from thread and yarn compared to other pathways like stitch, knit and weave in my course, I mainly use inks and fabrics for my project. But this summer I feel like exploring something else..!

This is the first attempt I have done in my studio. Hopefully I'll keep recording and posting the my studio works during the summer.

MY STUDIO

Pow! Finally I got a work space for summer!

There has no wifi a.k.a. my best friend, and there are lots of temptation from food market near my studio, but I am now ready to restart some research for my thesis and project!
I am very excited!

夏休み限定の作業場を手に入れた！
大好きなwifiはないし、近くにフードマーケットの誘惑はあるしで大変！笑
学校のスタジオはもう一ヶ月前から3年生の卒展の為に使用禁止になっていて、６月は作業が出来ない鬱憤を募らせる毎日でしたが（その分お外で遊びまくりました）今月からいろいろなことを再開できるので嬉しいです。

A DAY

バイトが休みで何処に出かけるでもなく今日は夏休みらしくだらだらと過ごしている。朝に郵便局に荷物を取りにいって、光熱費も払って、そのあとトイレットペーパーを買って帰り、お昼ご飯にささみとロケットとごまと海苔の混ぜご飯を作って食べた。

先週末からロンドンの天気は暑い。オリンピックが金曜から始まる。

Today,

day off,

chilling at home.

This morning,

collected my parcel,

paid gas bill at post office.

Then,

bought toilet papers,

9 rolls plus 3 rolls,

£3.99 at Tesco.

For lunch,

chicken fillet,

rocket,

sesame,

seaweed and rice,

mixed altogether.

The weather,

hot,

and sky,

still so high at 7pm.

London,

2012,

Olympics,

starting on Friday.

BLACK BLACK BLACK

I had a conceptual party called 'black dinner' yesterday.

It was such a nice time with friends of mine and lots of their friends,

celebrating the end of academic year.

My friends and me cooked black dishes by using food colouring and squid ink.

You might think they look not good, but in fact all tastes really nice!!

And some brought black sweets.

One of my friends' friends brought Korean black rice wine.

And one of my friends brought a delicious invention.

Black pudding, fried red onion and beets.

I just handed in my final project this morning, still need to write an essay and submit it next week but officially I have finished working in our lovely studio, room number CG17!

Now, my summer is almost there!
